I am fully awake I am fully awake. I am vibrant and alive. I increase my self-knowledge and awareness. I regard myself with honesty and unconditional love. I accept my emotions. I embrace each aspect of myself without making judgements. I connect with the divine. I open my heart and mind. I recognize our common humanity. I feel like I belong. I extend compassion to others and myself. I am kind, generous, and helpful. My speech is gentle and encouraging. My actions are intentional and constructive. I listen to others and validate their experiences. I promote healing. I let go of resentments, regrets, and limiting beliefs. I identify old assumptions that hold me back and replace them with a more empowering attitude. I forgive and move on. I acknowledge my power and take responsibility for my decisions. I slow down. I focus on one activity at a time. I remember my purpose. I limit distractions. I devote my time and energy to activities that bring me closer to reaching my goals. I make choices that align with my values. My direction is clear. I stay on track. I tend to my spiritual needs. I join a faith community or create my own. I read inspirational books and attend retreats. I find role models who inspire me to learn and grow. I smile and laugh. I enjoy the journey and make friends along the way. Today, I experience inner peace. I free myself from doubts and fears. I live a full and authentic life. Self-Reflection Questions:
