Reiki Healing Mantra

This Mantra is based on the principles of Reiki healing, while even though we say just for today it is supposed to be how we should live always but it seems or feels too much when we think about living our lives this way long term as if it were impossible but it is not of course impossible to do once you realize the truth of the world. in an instant

Some of us will have this experience where suddenly we feel one with the universe and in the bigger scheme of things we don't really have big troubles at all and much of the world we live in is an illusion of the mind. Illusions of the mind are attachments to anything such as an idea of how it should be and when we don't get what we want even though we are grown adults in many ways we are still childlike and the ego is having or wanting control of everything we are thinking and feeling. We become demanding and feel sorry for ourselves or even hold everything in out of fear of speaking up for ourselves just like a child. this should be this way or that way because i have done X Y and Z and I deserve it! (demanding) I won't say anything maybe I don't deserve anything anyway (withdrawn) but at the end of the day we become filled with anger and resentment because we take everything personally. Another example of attachment is people, we become attached to people and when they are gone or have passed away yet again we feel it's not fair, we weren't ready and don't let go. in some cases for years. This can also happen if someone breaks off a relationship with us as well. Learn to trust the universe and where it is taking you, learn to live a balanced and harmonious life an repeat this mantra daily.
