Use a bit of olive oil and get a white candle 🕯 rubbing a small amount of oil into the candle think of your 2 most important wishes, continue to rub in the oil until you feel done then begin to burn the candle stare into the flame and clear your mind to the best of your ability. If any distractions and thoughts or surrounding begin to pop up simply acknowledge this interruption and put your attention back to the flame. For the next nine days or whenever you choose to begin you should fast which means no junk food at all for nine days stay clear of sodas and meats basically become a vegan or vegetarian you should only have seafood vegetables and fruits, also drink plenty of water to flush out anything in your body which does not serve you this will also help for you to become spiritually stronger. Do all of these things during the period of nine days together in other words don't burn the candles without simultaneously fasting. You should have a total of nine candles chime candles or dinner candles to work with you may also choose a white pillar candle.
